15-season limit in career mode

Hi,

I've reached the 15-season limit in my career and have retired. Now I'm looking for a way to continue playing with my team.



The easiest way would be for anyone to know how to circumvent this limitation.

If that does not work, my question would be whether it is somehow possible to read out the career score regarding the appearance of the new players created by the program, etc., and then use this data to create a new team with these players for the kick-off mode?
Please help.
